GBZ Print Service provides guide rails for sheet dampening for all common web offset presses made of homogeneous and cellular Vulcollan^®. These parts are produced with optimised performance characteristics through material combinations in the following versions:

• Homogenous Vulkollan^®
• Combined Vulkollan^® (homogeneous and cellular)
• Combined Vulkollan^® (made of spring steel and cellular)

The mouldings have a very high dynamic load capacity, high tensile strength and very high tear resistance as well as excellent thermal stability.
